This is a great opportunity for an experienced 2nd line support person to join a global; manufacturing company and be given the chance as part of their role to work on and coordinate projects working closely with the project managers.

**What will you be doing**:
The role will work alongside the current IT Service Lead, providing bespoke hands-on 1st and 2nd line support services to the Head Office and other business units. You will support multiple systems (including their finance system) and infrastructure as wellas coordinate issue resolution with third parties and internal IT functions. This role will also have a light-touch approach to helping to coordinate and manage project activity through automated tools.

The role is based Monday through to Wednesday in their Peterborough office with Thursday and Friday working remotely from home.

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum of 4 years experience in a 2nd line support role.
- Experience in supporting Office 365 / Modern Office Tools / Desktop
- Some experience in projects either in coordination/support
- Excellent customer support and facing skills
