**Work Hours**

(Full Time) 5 days between Monday - Sunday. Our opening hours are 8.30am-9pm, shifts will alternate between 08.30am-4.30pm or 1pm-9pm.

**Location**:
Office based in our office in Keswick, or Windermere.

**What will I be doing?**

Here at Sally’s Cottages we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and we need an exceptional team to make that happen. We are currently looking to add to our brilliant team either in our Keswick or Windermere Office, where all the action happens

During the day you could be doing anything from:

- Speaking with cleaners, suppliers, visitors or owners in person, greeting them with a smile.
- Helping visitors who are staying at our cottages to ensure they have the best possible experience, from fixing a dripping tap to getting their heating back up and running.
- Supporting your team ensuring that you all work together to achieve the aims for the day, with our customers’ best interests at heart.
- Doing what we do with a smile and helping create a positive, fun working environment.
- Options for a set rota, part time hours or flexible rotas (shifts given a month ahead). Involves evening and weekend shifts.
- The opportunity to develop your skills and progress.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a highly motivated team player who can skilfully guide and assist customers on their upcoming holidays with queries they may have about their accommodation or the location they're visiting.
- A dedication to providing exceptional customer service, whatever industry you currently work in.

- A great work ethic, with the ability to prioritise your workload.
