**The Person**:
Experience in Sales, Recruitment or Customer service experience

Able to show evidence of achievement

Mature approach, goal orientated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Desire to work in the Finance recruitment sector

Confident, professional, with excellent communication skills

Money motivated
