**How can you change it up?**

Joining us as our Financial Business Partner you will partner with our B2B Sales Team working with multiple stakeholders supporting ethernet / FTTP, public sector, mobile and off-net business, leading on the insight and performance of revenue.

Some of the things you’ll be doing include:

- To business partner with the SMT members responsible for non-consumer across the teams and create strong stakeholder relationships.
- Be responsible for all commercial finance topics
- To provide insight on financial performance of B2B sales with an appropriate level of support and challenge to senior stakeholders to drive optimisation of sales, revenue, and operational costs.
- Critically evaluate and advise on customer bids, highlighting expected returns and risks to senior management
- To lead all financial planning (budgets, forecasts, long range plans) for these areas of the business ensuring there is a clear articulation of key dependencies, risks, and opportunities.

**What will you bring to the role?**

You will be a Qualified Accountant with commercial finance experience ideally from within a dynamic, fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

You’ll also have:

- Strong Excel skills - capable of managing large, interlinked datasets.
- Ability to understand the wider meaning of data including the strategic relevance and importance to the business for all areas of responsibility.
- Ability to effectively communicate the “so what” conclusions from data
- Strong influencing skills and ability to build credibility with stakeholders
- Strong financial/commercial modelling skills - can effectively and pragmatically reflect real-world scenarios with robust, scalable models
- Takes ownership of responsibilities and maintains accountability from beginning to end, providing challenge and support to the business.
