The Lace Market Hotel is a 53 bedroom boutique hotel in Nottingham City Centre. We are currently recruiting for the position of night porter.

As Night porter you will be responsible for looking after the safety and well being of our guests and the hotel overnight. The role will require you to work on your own throughout the evening from 9:30pm until 7:30am.

Tasks will include:

- Checking in of late arriving guests
- Cashing up tills and carrying out the days banking
- Security walks of the building
- Basic late night food and drink preparation and service
- Cleaning duties
- Setting up conference rooms

The role requires use of computers, so a basic understanding of Microsoft office is needed. An experience in hospitality would be an advantage, but not essential.

The role is based over 4 or 5 shifts a week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
