An independent firm of chartered accountants are currently looking to add an ambitious and driven Mixed Tax Manager to the team in their Nottingham office.

Working as a Mixed Tax Manager in Nottingham, you will be responsible for your own mixed portfolio of Personal & Corporate clients, whilst also providing ad-hoc support on interesting advisory-based projects.

Joining this well renowned East Midlands firm, you will be directly involved with a diverse array of clients from a multitude of business sectors.

The role will primarily consist of providing tax compliance services coupled with advisory and consultancy work from time to time.

The compliance aspect of the role will involve preparing and reviewing personal & corporate tax computations and returns as well as capital gains tax computations, P11d submissions, having knowledge of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and IR35 requirementswith occasional Inheritance Tax involvement. Day to day queries from clients and HMRC will also be required to be dealt with directly.

Skills required:

- Ideally ATT Qualified and / or CTA Qualified or Part Qualified ACA / ACCA Qualified individuals will also be considered Experience of both personal and corporate tax work Ideally some previous exposure to advisory and planning work Experience of workingwithin practice and having good communications skills are essential.
