Vacancy: RUSSIAN SPEAKING LIVE OUT NANNY JOB

A friendly family of 5 are looking for a Russian-speaking nanny for their 3 boys (2,5 6 and 9) years old. The family live in Holland Park, London. This is a Live OUT nanny job. They are looking for a fluent Russian speaker as the family speak Russian as their native language and would love for their children to grow up learning the language. Knowledge of English is also important for this live out nanny job.

Travelling with the family will be required.

Type: Full Time, Live OUT, Permanent

Children: B9, B6, B2,5

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 09.00 - 17.00 (some flexibility is required to babysit in the evenings sometimes)

Location: Nanny in Holland Park
Travel: 4 times / year (5 - 10 Days / Trip during school holidays)

The family are looking for an active, lively, warm, bubbly and responsible nanny who takes pride in their profession and enjoys bringing up children. The parents would prefer a person with a background in child psychology/primary education, as well as prior private work experience. As a family, they adhere to positive and attachment parenting, with no time-outs or any other forms of punishment. Coming from an idea that a child is a personality and we as adults need to teach them how to express and channel their emotions, the principals' approach to behaviours is to find a compromise. They are a very loving and understanding family who would like their nanny to share their family values.
The older boys will be at school from 8am till 4pm and the mother will be doing their school run by herself.

The duties will include caring for the youngest boy when the oldest are at school, walking with him and organising activities. We are looking for a nanny who is active and creative by nature. A nanny should enjoy singing, dancing, making crafts with children, arranging activities at home, taking them for walks, reading in Russian and organising child social and physical developing activities.

The nanny's responsibilities will include cleaning up the toys in the play-area, cleaning after the children meals (no need to cook for them), folding their clothes - in other words, tiding up after the boys or rather helping them tidy up.

There are currently 2 housekeepers are employed by the family and as a nanny, you will have no housekeeping duties. When travelling with the family, you will be provided with comfortable accommodation in a spare room ensuite within the principals hotel or a room in a hotel near to the family. Any additional hours will be discussed and the family are open to increasing the salary when travelling.

Requirements for a Russian speaking nanny job:

- Minimum of 5 years similar work experience
- Excellent checkable references
- Fluent Russian, good English
- UK working permit
