Due to high demand, Tekbuild who are a light gauge steel frame specialist looking to grow, develop and amplify an already successful business.

To support the growth of Tekbuild Ltd and associated companies, by ensuring estimates are carried out for the company’s supply, assemble, and installation services. alongside liaising with customers to further develop relationships.

**Who would this job fit;**
- Someone who is methodical
- Someone who is eager to learn and progress within the construction sector
- Some who is able to use Excel to a good standard.

**Responsibilities will be to;**
- Review drawings
- Complete BOQ and take off's
- Complete technical reviews of drawings to ascertain light steel frame feasibility
- Communicate confidently with clients
- Inputting information to produce Tekbuild quotations
- Use of programmes like SketchUp and other 3D modelling software.

We are able to offer a full holistic solution from concept to completion, or, each individual service independently.

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Middlesbrough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Estimating: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
