Positive Steps Care & Support Ltd are looking for an experienced, complex needs Support Worker who has a passion and commitment to provide person centred care and support to enable the people who use the service to live a fulfilled and meaningful life.

You will be joining our excellent organisation to support a gentleman in his own home in Truro. This young man requires support around his Learning Difficulties and Mental Health.

There is flexibility in these roles so please do get in contact to discuss.

Within your role supporting this gentleman your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

- Meal Preparation
- Support with Finances
- Support with medication
- Assisting to access the community safely

Requirements for the position:

- Experience within Health and Social Care is preferred but not essential for this role.

- You will have a dedicated care manager and access to our 24 hour On-call service with ongoing training and supervision. There are friendly and knowledgeable staff in head office who are always happy to assist.

- Support Worker: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
