Position Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the provision of payroll services to all of the Rotork UK businesses.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Coordinator will ensure a smooth and efficient monthly payroll through entries on to the payroll system, reconciliations to ensure accurate processing, and resolution of any discrepancies.

The payroll coordinator will work closely with HR to maintain accurate employee records and will produce as required by the wider business.

This role will suit someone who has had exposure to payroll processes and is looking to develop their career within payroll or in the wider finance function.

Experience Requirements

Experience within a finance environment

Experience of Sage payroll or Moorepay

High level excel capabilities

Will be self motivated and keen to learn

Will be confident in communicating to people at all levels across the business

Will thrive in a positive team environment
