Job Responsibilities
- Proactive and ongoing identification of potential new customers who might benefit from the clients products or services;
- Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers, ensuring that you continually maximise all existing customers' potential;
- Manage and interpret customer requirements - speaking with customers to understand, anticipate and meet their needs;
- Negotiate and close sales;
- Administer customer accounts; record and maintain customer contact data;
- Coordinate sales projects through liaison with other members of the sales team and other Amplicon technical experts;
- Meet and exceed sales targets;
- Create and deliver technical presentations and demonstrate how a product would meet a customers needs;
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, seminars and other marketing events as required.
