At Home Instead we are companionship led. We understand care needs trust, respect, dignity and communication. By providing a **minimum one hour** per visit, you can build those relationships with your regular clients, getting to know their preferences and how best to care for them.

By matching you with our clients, you learn the way they want to be cared for, and get the time to provide it. We don’t speed through 15, 30 and 45 minute calls but give you time to really know who you're helping.

You don't need any qualifications

Everyone has skills that can be used in the role of Care Professional, and we will support you to utilise those skills through your Care Professional journey. If you already have the skills we are looking for, we want to invest in your future with a dedicated mentor, ongoing award-winning training, and access NVQ’s to City and Guild awards, totally free.

Additional Information

What we offer:

- ** Guaranteed Hours Contracts** on a range of availabilities
- ** Flexible Working Hours Contracts **to suit you and your lifestyle - Just one evening a week and one weekend a month minimum availability.
- ** Minimum one-hour visits with each client.** No 15,30 or 45 minute calls that rush you through your care.
- ** Competitive Rate of Pay** £10.50 hourly base Rate (£12.88 inclusive of travel time).
- ** Enhanced Weekend Rates** £11.40 hourly base Rate (13.78 inclusive of travel time).
- ** Additional Shift Enhancement **- Earn up to £15.68 per hour by picking up extra shifts in your free time.
- ** Mileage contribution** of 30p per mile and support with tax relief top up.
