**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensure that all service and repair work is completed to the highest quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction

Efficiently manage the use of equipment, materials, and labour resources

Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and have a strong understanding of the workshop's working processes

Possess a strong knowledge of IT and technology to drive workshop performance

Coach and support the workshop team to develop individual competencies and skills

Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures

Maintain efficient progress of work through the workshop

Identify key processes and work on improving workshop flow to streamline the customer journey

Possess commercial acumen and a good understanding of the workshop's financials

Increase productivity by removing waste and tracking KPIs while effectively managing the team

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a workshop management role

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of IT and technology

Good financial acumen

Ability to manage a team of mechanics and technicians

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Passionate about delivering high-quality service to customers

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field
