**Responsibilities for Spa Receptionist/Reservationist**
- Meet and greet guests and members, extending a warm welcome to The Spa
- Promote and sell the services and products offered within The Spa
- Maintain accurate client records in accordance with Company Policy, and carry out general administrative tasks as required
- Oversee the guest’s journey/experience at the Spa from arrival to departure, ensuring maximum guest satisfactory
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback as necessary
- Assist in the development and improvement of the Spa activities, promotions, events and services
- Ensure all areas of The Spa are fully prepared

**Requirements for **Spa Receptionist/Reservationist**
- You will have a warm, friendly and enthusiastic personality and a desire to be part of a winning team
- Industry experience in retail or therapy would be advantageous as would previous experience as a Receptionist within a Clinic / Spa or high end salon, although full training will be given
- The role is a varied one so you must possess flexibility in attitude, approach and working hours (to include some weekends and some evenings)
- You will be driven to exceed guests expectations and deliver exceptional service standards
- You will possess a keen eye for detail, great organisational and communication skills
