At Babington we pride ourselves on the delivery of exceptional training programmes nationally and are looking for a Specialist Trainer to plan and deliver our Data Analytics programme and share their expertise and experiences with cohorts of motivated andengaged learners. Create inspirational, immersive, and impactful learning interactions, for our Apprenticeship programmes in line with Babington’s learning journey blueprint, providing a memorable customer experience. Creating and maintaining cohesive and communicative relationshipswith learners and clients and provide academic and professional pastoral advice, guidance, and support, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment.

**Essential Qualifications**
- Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
- Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent teaching qualification
- Level 3 Certificate Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) qualification or willingness to acquire
- Level 4 Data Analytics qualification

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Level 4 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent) teaching qualification or willingness to acquire
- Level 4 Assessors qualification or willingness to acquire

**Skills and experience**
- Experience of providing interactive and engaging training and development opportunities to adults
- Experience of developing individualised learning plans and SMART targets
- Experience of developing immersive schemes of work
- Experience of working with people to help to remove barriers and support progression into employment, education, or training
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Understand the value of the customer relationship, treating each customer as an individual
- Understanding of current Apprenticeship procedures and regulations, manual and computerised processes to enable effective and successful delivery of learning programmes knowledge, skills and behaviours relevant to the course
