Taunton and West Somerset Neighbourhood OPMH would like to welcome a new team member who is motivated, caring, forward thinking individual who embraces a challenge Our supportive team welcome applicants who may want a change or their first step in newly qualified nurse role.

The role will involve managing a defined caseload with a focus on working with individuals and their significant others who experience a complex range of mental health needs and difficulties. Acting as a key member of the Multi Disciplinary Team working within an Integrated Service. The post holder will undertake complex mental health assessments, care co-ordinate a caseload, have access to psychosocial support, be collaborative in their outlook and must be skilled in positive risk management whilst working within a recovery approach. We work very closely with a wide range of agencies in our community and will be central to this fulfilling role.

Whilst this role will be predominantly based in Taunton, there may be occasions where you will be working in West Somerset.
