**Business Development Finance Manager**
**Houndsditch, London**
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Finance Manager to join our International team, based at our Head Office in London. Reporting into the Head of BD and Commercial Finance for International, you'll play a key role in running ourInvestment Appraisal activities for new International stores.
**What you'll do**:

- Work closely with all relevant teams (including Business Development, Commercial, Construction, Operations and IT) to produce robust financial appraisals of new businesses tenders
- Present financial appraisals for new tenders to senior management, ensuring all assumptions are communicated clearly, and all risks and opportunities are understood
- Undertake the necessary due diligence in new markets
- Support the implementation of new businesses, and reviewing of performance versus the original business case (PCRs)
- Support the Commercial teams in understanding the performance of new businesses and the key drivers of success
**Who we’re looking for**:

- Qualified accountant with a minimum of 3 years PQE or equivalent -ICAEW, CIMA or ACCA
- Experience in similar roles at a similar level
- Strong Excel modelling skills
- The ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong communication skills & gravitas
- Strong written skills
- Self-starter, capable of planning and prioritising a broad and extensive range of activities
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy, ensuring financial data is summarised in a logical way and targeted to the relevant audience
- Calm, considered and proactive
- Ability to structure & organize work to deliver to tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritise conflicting demands
