We bring restaurant standard food and remove the uninspiring menus in large scale events across the south of the UK. Rest assured we are consistent, from our sourcing of produce, your tasting evenings, to the memorably high quality, tailor-made, finished product on your big day.

**The Job.**

To work as part of a team serving coffee, breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and snacks with exceptional customer service at all times set within The Pavilion.
- To offer excellent, efficient, customer service that is friendly and inviting.
- To keep the cafe and servery to the required standards and cleanliness following company policy’s.
- To take orders, serving hot & cold drinks, meals & counter options.
- Operating the tills and cash handling.
- To work at outside events such as private dinners, weddings & parties.

**When will I work?**

The role of FOH Team member is part time, 8 to 45 hours per week with each week being a different event, so routine can vary meaning being flexible is a must.

We will sometimes have to increase, or decrease these hours due to different volumes of bookings for the events on site or outside bookings

**what skills do I need?**
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Confidence in dealing with members of the public face to face
- Fast thinking and the ability to react to changes in customer volume throughout the day
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Desire to 'go the extra mile' in serving the customer with an approachable and friendly manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8-40 per week

**Salary**: £6.00-£10.00 per hour
