**Head of New Store Openings**

We have the perfect role for you:
Heavenly Desserts, as a brand is in super high demand right now and we are looking for a talented, energetic and organised individual to join our team as Head of New Site Openings.

In summary this role will see you primarily being out on the road with the occasional visit to our HQ in Derby. Of course, this goes without saying that a requirement of the job is the ability to drive. You want to hear more about the role I hear you say? Well let’s have a look:
A Day in the Role:
What might your day-to-day work look like:

- Being the first Point of Contact for newly on-boarded franchisees
- Liasing with contractors regarding project builds
- Nurturing relationships between contractors, suppliers and franchisees
- New site project planning - from the first nail in to VIP night and beyond
- Hands on Training - Getting stuck in and delivering training to new site teams
- Co-ordination - Co-ordinating multiple teams across multiple projects simultaneously
- Recruitment & Development - Recruiting and developing your very own super star teams
- Leadership - Coaching and guiding your senior team to develop skills and capability
- Reflection - Always thinking of ways to keep Heavenly Desserts at the top of the industry

- Legendary Leadership - Able to lead a team of people to complete multiple projects simultaneously
- Pinpoint Planning - Able to plan and organise in advance to spot potential barriers and see a project through
- Epic Energy - Being on the road can be a tough gig, we are looking for someone who always brings the energy
- Detail Driven - You constantly review progress during a project to ensure the wheels never come off
- Impressive Integrity - You are always the person who people look towards when uncertain about the next steps, you lead through values and principles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
