This position is available for Vine Court Halls of Residence on a permanent basis.
Acting as the first line of enquiry for students, staff, contractors, deliveries and visitors. Duties include working on reception handling a wide variety of enquiries, distribution of mail and parcels, carrying out health and safety checks, reporting repairs and generally responding to operational issues as required and working to assist the Reception Supervisor in ensuring that there is an efficient and effective delivery of the customer service.
You should have a personable manner and excellent communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
The person appointed will report directly to the Reception Supervisor.
The role is for 20 hours per week - Friday 4pm-8pm, Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 9am-6pm.
3 GCSE¿s at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and Maths, are required.
