To update patient information i.e EDDs onto Lorenzo/PSAG. Establish and maintain effective exchange of patient information between Midland Centre for Spinal Injuries (MCSI), and community colleagues maintaining confidentiality. To protect all confidential information concerning patients, only making disclosures with the patient consent. To discuss in a sensitive manner information which may cause emotional distress.
