We hold a **CQC rating of outstanding.** **Job Description**: To join our team, you need a good sense of humour and be equally enthusiastic about providing the highest standards of care. **What does a Care Co-ordinator role involve**: - Dealing with job allocation, inputting both client and Care Professional information and daily roster changes - Ensuring client visits are allocated to a Care Professional within their care team - Ensuring systems have updated and correct availability and inputting holiday. - Forward planning of rosters working at 2 weeks in advance - Taking the on-call phone on a rota basis. Salary £21,000-£25,000 dependant on previous qualifications and experience. **Qualifications**: **Desired Experience and Skills** There are going to be many occasions where you will be faced with multiple requests, and the ability to prioritise, multi-task and remain calm under pressure in a busy, fast paced office environment is key. - Excellent communication skills - Good problem solving and negotiation skills - Experience of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines without compromising accuracy. - Communication is essential for the Care Co-ordinator/Scheduler, so you will need to be able to remain calm, be patient and an excellent listener whilst always remaining professional. - People skills will be required to build strong professional relationships within the Care Professional team, with Clients and their families. - Good computer skills across multiple platforms to include digital scheduling and care planning systems and mobile handset technology.
