Responsibilities:

- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, brake malfunctions, and electrical system failures.
- Use power tools and hand tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components.
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify mechanical problems and ensure vehicles are in proper working condition.
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and repair complex automotive systems.
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed for repairs or modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and parts used.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs in a clear manner.
- Confident with engine and gearbox changes with or without ramp

Qualifications:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with automotive systems.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Skilled in equipment repair and maintenance.
- Experience with welding and fabrication is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.

Pay: £100.00-£250.00 per day
