Protocol Education are hiring a Teaching Assistant to help schools across Newcastle. This role is rewarding with the perfect mixture of challenge, please note this is a full time role.
- Responsibilities:_
- Helping the teacher implementation of activities and lesson plans
- Helping students with special educational needs (SEN) and editing materials to meet needs of individuals.
- Supervising students at all times
- Creating a unified and positive learning environment
- Helping teachers assess student progress
- Requirements:_
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting
- Passionate about helping students and individuals with SEN (special educational needs)
- Strong team working skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a relevant qualification in education or child development is an advantage.
