**Shaake Norwich** - TEAM MEMBERS
Shaake is looking for part-time Team Members to come and join us in our stores in Norwich to work with us weekdays, during the busy weekends, and particularly the school holidays. You must be available to work at least Saturday or Sunday most weeks.

All Team Members are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, as well as ensuring the store is kept clean and presentable. Team Members are usually trained to have a key focus on a specific station e.g Till or Blend Station.

If you are making drinks then you will need to be capable of learning recipes and giving customers exactly what they want, quickly, every time. If you are on the Till station then you need to be friendly and comfortable with helping customers make their purchase. The store can get very busy so it suits people who enjoy a fast paced environment with a lively and friendly atmosphere Pay varies according to age at first. If you prove yourself indispensable and are invited to stay on then there is the possibility of it increasing as you increase your responsibilities with us.

Applicants will ideally have had some previous experience of working in a retail, hospitality, or food preparation role but can also suit someone with no previous work experience should you have the right attitude and are willing to learn fast.

Team Members will need to work within a rota which requires flexibility to work evenings & weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4-16 per week

**Salary**: £6.55-£8.00 per hour
