Landfill Alternatives Ltd is a small company with over 1200 customers across the UK who supply recycling machinery to businesses, situated in the picturesque countryside between Brackley and Banbury. Our main ethos is to contribute positively towards the environment by reducing landfill waste and promoting recycling across the UK. Our customer database includes Topps Tiles, Swizzles, BMW, Whately Hall, Oxford University Press, Pipers Crisps, Mitsubishi, Specsavers, Royal Parks - London, Photobox, Tempur UK, Wickes, Whittlebury Hall and many more.
Job responsibilities include...
- Coordinating and booking in machine services
- Organising, quoting, and booking in customer’s breakdowns
- Routing engineers to job locations
- Sourcing and ordering of parts as required
- Compiling sub contracted engineers’ invoices
- Organising job sheets
- Raising internal invoice requests to accounts department
Experience required...
- Use of a CRM database (Salesforce preferable)
- Advanced skills in IT, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- The ability to work accurately and competently.

The role is office based in a rural location.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday. 09:00 - 17:00. No weekends.
