We have a preferred visit time of one hour and we match and personally introduce our Care Assistants to their clients. Continuity is important, so you and your clients get to know each other We always allow sufficient time to include travel to ensure both our clients and Support workers are valued and respected.

**Working from a flexible shift pattern of either **mornings**, or **afternoons and** **evenings **either **part time **or **full time and alternate weekends** in **Braintree, **Uttlesford** and surrounding areas**.**

**Duties will include**:

- Providing **care and support **for our clients in their own homes.
- Supporting your clients with their **hobbies and interests**.
- Assisting clients to go to their **appointments** or taking them out in the community.
- **Medication support**.
- Supporting with personal care (**washing and dressing**).
- **Preparing meals** and light domestic tasks.
- Supporting Clients to settle into bed for the evening.

**Requirements of a Care Assistant**:

- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle
- Have a genuine passion to want to help others
- Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
