The role would be ideal for someone with good communication and organisation skills.

All applicants should be conversant in using Office, Word & Excel.

Main roles and duties;
- Providing reception services which include answering the telephones, taking messages, transferring calls, accepting deliveries, meeting and greeting visitors.
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence, spread sheets and documents.
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
- Organizing transport, preparing items for overnight deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and to the Project Managers.
- Filing a range of different documentation using different methods.
- Prioritising workloads.
- Photocopying and printing.
- Comply with H&S laws and in-house procedures.
- Other duties as required.

We have a friendly team, with offices situated just a few minutes drive from M1 J22, with ample off road parking.
