_Restrap is an expanding cycle luggage design and manufacturing company.From one initial product made in a back bedroom over 10 years ago, to a large, modern factory in Leeds, we are now a market leader in the outdoor sector.Restrap continues to grow through its in house manufacturing facility, which includes computerised cutting, sewing operations, high quality products and a dedicated workforce_.

We're looking for a confident and responsible individual who has a passion for helping people and bringing out the best in them. This person will be directly responsible for training, managing and motivating team members in our cutting department.

**What You'll be Doing**
- Managing a dedicated team to deliver quality work on time.
- Planning work and maintaining an efficient work flow,
- Working with other team leaders and the Production Manager, to make sure that the week’s production targets can be met.
- Working with a variety of materials and processes, understanding these in order to look for potential improvements.
- Training, monitoring and maintaining standard operating procedures and health and safety standards across the department,
- Collating data on timings, material usage and wastage
- Working with the design and development manager in the production of new products
- HR is not a part of the duties of the team leader

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience, in either a team leader, supervisor or assistant manager role
- An agile thinker, able to prioritise work when needed.
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Ability to up skill quickly and effectively
- Computer literate, preferably with some experience of design software.
- A team player
- A good communicator
- Some previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
