**Role Profile**
Cast UK are delighted to have partnered exclusively with a key customer of ours as they look to strengthen and add to their management team as **Head of Operations**.
As a **Head of Operations** you will be running an operational section of our client's business, overseeing the vast activity to ensure that they are meeting their customers' needs and pushing to exceed them at all times.
You will be dedicated to ensuring the workforce is engaged, well managed and perform to the highest standards against their business set key performance indicators. You will act as an advocate of our client's culture, values and safety standards. You'llalso hold regular briefings and meetings with your team, providing them with a platform to suggest their own ideas to improve overall service standards to customers.
**Responsibilities of the role will include**:
- Oversee all onsite operations and ensure the company's high standards are met and even exceeded.
- Monitor Health and Safety standards on site and ensure these H&S regulations are followed at all times.
- Ensure exceptional quality of the product is continuously maintained across the operation.
- Monitor staff KPIs and evaluate team performance
- Develop a team to ensure productivity is of the highest standard and drive the business forward
- Participate in the wider growth of the business and contribute to the overall success of our client.
**Skills & Experience**
As Head of Operations you will have the overall responsibility for the Operations department, which includes the Production, Health and Safety, Maintenance, Compliance and Supply Chain departments. Experience in these fields is essential in order to be successfulin this process.
To take the business forward on their journey whilst developing your own career, you must have the gravitas and the ability to motivate and lead a team through your forward thinking and desire to continuously develop. Your aspiring management style mustdemonstrate an ambition to support and motivate others.
