**We are a growing, independently owned boutique wealth management firm providing financial planning advice and discretionary investment management services to high net worth individuals and families.**
**We seek a junior or trainee to work and grow within a very varied role.**
**As a key member of a small, tight-knit, entrepreneurial team, you will need to effectively manage priorities proactively and reactively and assume a wide range of responsibilities, providing support with energy, creativity and a can-do attitude.**

This will be a dynamic role with the opportunity to take the lead on various aspects of running the business. You will work directly with the directors to help run the business smoothly and support the wider team.
- Core responsibilities will cover:
Business Management - minutes, invoicing, reconciliation, research and data analysis
- Management Information - confidential and sensitive information
- Client Communication - the first point of contact, telephone and face to face, meet & greet
- Office / Building Management - managing the office environment, insurances, policies and risk assessments
- Diary Management - team meetings, client meetings, travel and events
- Compliance - reports for external consultants and internal checks
- Ad hoc projects
**Benefits**
- **Salary £20,000 - £25,000 + Bonus (average 10%)**:

**Additional Information**
Our role is intrinsically office-based because of its responsibilities and colleague liaison. There is a degree of flexibility, but the nature of the role requires easy access to the office.
**Essential Skills**:
- Graduate or A-level educated
- MS Office Suite with advanced Excel
- Excellent written and oral communicational skills
**Desired Skills**
- An energetic and positive personality who will contribute to the positive attitude at Edison
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to make decisions, take the initiative and be proactive in problem-solving
- Excellent time management and enjoy working to deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- A focused attitude towards workload, with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure
- Experience within a financial services/wealth management environment
