Retail Stockist

**Job description**

This could be a job share for the position of stockist at Jolly Nice Farm Shop in Frampton Mansell. You will be joining a team of lovely people who work tirelessly to keep the shop looking full and well merchandised to keep our customers coming back.

The ideal hours for us are 1pm - 7pm Tuesday - Saturday (we already have someone on Sundays and Mondays)

**Main Purpose of the Role -** To achieve the Retail Basics; right product, right place, right price.

**Key Responsibilities And Duties**
- To ensure daily that the food hall and gift shop is replenished completely using a fast, efficient and accurate process.
- To maximise availability by identifying and rectifying gaps or low stock levels on our shelves
- To maintain our high merchandising standards as you fill our shelves
- To communicate stock updates with the Goods-In Supervisor and Purchasing Manager
- To help keep the retail areas clean, tidy and fully stocked and shoppable at all times
- To ensure before you leave that every retail space is ready for the days trading
- To maintain clean, tidy and organised Back of House storage areas
- To be punctual, smart, correctly dressed, polite, courteous and helpful at all times.
- To work within the company policy guidelines at all times.
- To carry out any reasonable request from your line manager.
- To work at a fast pace to get tasks done right, first time.
