About the role We're looking for an experienced Senior Benefits Advisor to join our reward team in Manchester on a fixed term 12 month contract. Reporting into the Head of Reward, your role will actively contribute to the wider people strategy and overall well-being strategy by ensuring our benefits package is progressive and meets the needs of our people both from an attraction and retention point of view. With your expertise, you will be responsible for updating all benefits and processes to ensure they remain compliant. You'll build and maintain key relationships with our benefit providers and brokers ensuring service levels are met. This is an exciting time to join the team as we continue to grow through acquisitions. You'll have the opportunity to support the harmonisation of benefits, as well as leading on the wider benefits communication strategy, making sure our people get the most from their benefits all year round. In addition, you will play an active role in supporting our people's well-being, with a key focus on financial well-being. You'll proactively ensure benefits such as our employee share schemes, pension and private medical are clearly communicated and widely utilised. What we're looking for Proven experience working in an advisory capacity in a benefits role Experience of leading on the design and delivery of an annual flexible benefits enrolment You will have used excel extensively in previous roles and will be confident manipulating and analysing data to provide insight You will have a proactive approach and will be solution driven You will be a great communicator and collaborator, with confidence to influence and work with a variety stakeholders Replace bullet 6 with "ability to forge strong professional relationships" You will have an excellent written communication style enabling you to clearly communicate complex information Desirable experience working on a benefits harmonisation project Experience of salary benchmarking and job evaluation Experience of employee share schemes Benefits and more Our Aviva pension scheme offers between 5% to 7% employer contributions depending on the percentage you choose to contribute, and we provide Bupa healthcare cover for all of our employees.
