**Digital Acquisition Lead**

Forward Role are supporting a fantastic B2B organisation who have recently undergone a truly business-transforming digital transformation, which has seen the entire acquisition function be transitioned in house from agency in the past year. With a recentlylive rebrand off to an incredible start, a brand new website and the recent transition of agency-inhouse, it really is a spectacular time to join this business

The ideal would be to work from the office two days a week, alongside of your two direct reports of a Digital Acquisition Assistant and Executive, however the business are willing to be flexible on this if required.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Strategic planning across PPC accounts managed by your team
- Confident producing and presenting performance reports to internal and senior stakeholders
- Hands-on management of PPC accounts (shopping, search and display), bid management, campaign creation and performance analysis on Google and Microsoft networks
- Leading on top level performance strategy alongside of the Head of Digital who you would be reporting into
- Line management of two Performance Execs
- Able to manage multiple brands and scale accordingly
- Experience running paid social display and remarketing campaigns
- Launch new brands on Google and Bing

**Skills & experience needed**:

- 4+ years' experience in PPC - you have previously planned and executed marketing campaigns across search and shopping
- Experience working within FMCG, retail or agency environment desirable
- Experience of managing data feeds for Google Shopping / Performance Max
- Experience of Paid Social, YouTube, Display campaigns desirable
- Highly performance lead with a keen eye for opportunity
