Our centrally based Client are looking for someone to join their General Services team. This role will be integral to the smooth running of this Company. They need someone who is confident on Excel, intermediate is essential, advanced would be desirable.In addition to this someone who is confident on SAP too would be ideal. You will be involved with processing invoices, creating entries in SAP in order for these to be processed, logging and monitoring contracts/end dates/renewals, creation of Po's and liaisingboth internally and externally with staff and customers.

We need someone who is an experienced Administrator, that works well in a team and IT literate, someone who is good at multi-tasking, enjoys a varied role and a confident communicator too.

They offer hybrid working, free car parking, on-site restaurant and beautiful new offices, centrally located so access by foot, train and bus are very easy.
