**Salary**: £24,766 to £27,202 per annum

**Location**: Access Creative College Birmingham

**Hours**: 37.5, full-time

**About the role**:
Working with the centre team and Pathway Manager for Music Technology, you will take responsibility for the development and delivery of our provision, from coordinating resources, planning lessons, assessing learner progress and managing student activities to developing industry links and course marketing; working at the core of the student experience. You will work amongst experienced, passionate tutors as well as within a support service provided by our Central Team. An essential part of the role will be teaching and nurturing our learners.

**Industry-specific experience, skills and knowledge required**:

- A commitment to the organisation’s values, CREATE
- Be able to demonstrate excellence in teaching, learning and assessment methodology
- A commitment to providing outstanding and inspirational service to staff and students
- Experience working with a mixture of levels of ability
- Experience of working in the Music Production/Technology industry
- Awareness of practices and workflow in the industry
- Extensive knowledge of Music production techniques using Logic Pro X

**Desirable Experience**
- Experience in learner mental health and wellbeing
- Experience in dealing with behavioural difficulties
- Experience in and holder of a Designated Safeguarding Lead certificate
