You will collaborate with fellow specialists from other Engineering disciplinesand can be based anywhere in the UK. This full-time Java Developer role offers a salary of £50,000-90,000 and a compelling benefits package for your expertise.

In this flexible IT role, you will deliver critical digital services from start to finish, working on various projects featuring on-premises traditional infrastructure or high-performance cloud platforms using Java-based languages and technologies. You willbe free to shape how you work to ensure you are working to the latest industry practices, tools, and technologies.

Your knowledge and experience as a Java Developer will be used to change the way the team builds solutions, including utilising new tools and technologies to solve new problems or improve existing services. You'll always have people on hand to share anddiscuss ideas and get help when needed. Like your team, your communities are also self-sufficient, so if you want to change something, it's within your power to do so.
- TDD, Unit testing and automated integration testing
- Open-source integration frameworks
- Experience building loosely coupled synchronous and asynchronous microservices
- Good working knowledge of Spring JPA, AOP, Transactions, SQL and NoSQL databases
