**About the role**

You will be working with students aged 3-11 within the Autism Resource Provision. Students here have an EHCP statement of Autism and may be affected by speech and language difficulties, social communication needs and behavioural difficulties. There are 2classes, one comprised of Reception and KS1 with 9 students and the KS2 class with 12 students. Teaching Assistants work on a 3:1 basis so you will be responsible for up to 3 students daily who you help with classwork, model positive behaviour for and carryout interventions when necessary. This role will ideally be full-time Monday to Friday but part-time applicants will be considered as long as they are able to commit to 8.30am-4pm hours.

**About the school**

This Primary mainstream school for students aged 3-11 years old also has an excellent Autism Resource Base onsite. The resource base serves up to 21 students with Autism. It is designed for pupils who would benefit from a mainstream placement but requireadditional opportunities to learn in a specialist environment that can be modified to optimise the child's experience. Children will receive support from specialist teachers and teaching assistants as well as occupational therapists. This ensures that childrenand young people can focus on the curriculum and have additional input to address their specific needs. The school is based within Ealing and is easily accessible by London Underground, Overground or bus routes.
