Support the execution of a diverse project portfolio (Energy Industries, Chemicals, Oil & Gas) and ensure that all Procurement and Logistics activities are performed in accordance with ABB policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. - Purchase materials according to required technical specification, price, delivery schedule and terms. - Ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. - Coordinate and track material procurement in collaboration with the Project teams. - Build strong relationships with vendors, team member and stakeholders. - Identify, analyze, and manage supply chain risks, sharing lessons learned.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supplier identification - Supports the identification of new suppliers in cooperation with relevant category team. Qualifies new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists.
- Negotiations - Negotiates agreements with suppliers, delivering cost reduction in line with agreed KPI targets and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions.
- Bid analysis - Analyzes and evaluates bids in order to determine the optimal value.
- Sales support - Supports bid and proposal teams to submit technically and commercially competitive proposals. Specific focus on value add through use of internal ordering systems and internal vendor negotiations.
- Goods received - Tracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing.
- Supplier performance - Oversees supplier performance (on time delivery, quality, lead time), and resolves performance issues.
- Orders - Initiates purchase orders (PO) in the system, according to the Purchase Requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors and tracks supplier performance to purchase order requirements.
- Process alignment - Conducts all Procurement & Logistics activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures. Ensures Pro-Supply global supplier relationship management platform is kept updated as defined in Pro-Supply procedure.

**Your background**:

- Up to two years of buying/Supply Chain experience.
- IT Procurement experience, both Technical and Commercial
- Experience of ABB internal procurement tools (BOL, SOFA, ABBProcure, SAP Ariba)
- Proven track record of delivering Procurement and logistics savings at bid and through project execution.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented approach, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion and willingness to deliver excellence in Procurement and Logistics.
