Andros UK Limited is a major supplier of ambient fruit-based and chilled yogurts and desserts, with its commercial operations based in Cambridgeshire dealing directly with all major retailers and sectors within the UK. They acquired in 2008, the Oldford dairy site (180 people) and heavily invested in new, state-of-the-art, chilled desserts product lines, unique on the market.

The company has experienced rapid growth, doubling the size of the business in the last 4 years. The plan to further this expansion includes a move of the company commercial office to west London.

This growth has been driven across both the preserves and desserts categories through the success of the Bonne Maman brand as well as an extensive private label activity. The products are either imported or produced in the dedicated chilled dessert facility in the South West of England.

Bonne Maman has seen significant success in the UK over recent years becoming brand leader of the jam category in 2013 and continues to demonstrate significant share growth year on year. Within chilled desserts Bonne Maman has embarked on an ambitious plan comprising dedicated UK range and TV support this year. Bonne Maman is known for its simple, great quality, natural products evoking a homely welcoming and trustworthy brand.

**Job Role**

Reporting to the Stock Controller

This is a genuinely exciting time to be joining the Finance & Administration Department at Andros UK Ltd, with the recent decision to consolidate the support functions for all the Company’s UK business in one department at the Oldford site.

This is a multi-faceted administration role will play an instrumental part in retaining and improving the accuracy of all information of the incoming supply chain activities.

To support the Stock Controller in their day to day tasks. Expected to monitor, question and check the accuracy of all raw material flows and its associated paperwork making traceability seamless

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all delivery notes, matching to suppliers and recording on AS400
- Analyse the reason for the discrepancies with receipts and invoicing and prepare weekly reports.
- Communicating internally and externally, in terms of traceability
- Maintain an accurate files of purchase orders for all the Andros UK raw material commitments.
- Manage the filing system so delivery notes and invoices are filed correctly
- Support the main department as and when required with administrative tasks.
- Support the Stock Manager on resolving issues with quality of stock, supply issues or non-delivery of stock items.
- Support routine processing raw material and finished goods custom declarations
- Ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date

- Ability to cope with changes to workload and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to work calmly to deadline and accurately under pressure
- Flexible can-do attitude and a good sense of humour

**Background & Skills**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of explaining information simply information to Finance, Operational and other non-finance staff alike
- Experience of transactional management desirable with the ability to prioritise and organise a large work load
- Experience of working in a FMCG manufacturing environment, with 24/7 activity
- Good understanding of IT systems and software, proficiency in MS Excel is of particular importance
- Spoken French advantageous
