As a well-established fast-paced agency with a growing client base made up of sole traders and SME clients from all business sector’s we are looking for a SEO Executive to help shape and streamline our processes as we embark on a period of growth through the expansion of our sales team.

As an SEO Executive at BWAR, your role revolves around driving organic search traffic, optimising websites, and improving search engine rankings for our clients. You will work closely with the SEO manager and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective SEO strategies.

Your main objective is to drive organic search traffic, improve search engine rankings, and optimise clients' online presence through effective SEO strategies. By staying updated with industry trends and continuously optimising websites.

**Required Skills & Abilities**

Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases that align with clients' businesses, target audience, and marketing goals. Analyse keyword competitiveness, search volume, and user intent to determine the most valuable keywords to target.

On-Page Optimisation: Optimise client websites by implementing on-page SEO best practices. This includes optimising meta tags, headers, content, and URLs to incorporate target keywords. Ensure proper keyword density, formatting, and overall website structure. Collaborate with web developers and content creators to implement on-page optimisation changes.

Off-Page Optimisation and Link Building: Develop and execute off-page optimisation strategies to improve clients' website authority and backlink profile. Conduct link building activities, such as guest blogging, outreach to relevant websites, and acquiring high-quality backlinks. Monitor and disavow toxic or spammy links.

Technical SEO Audit and Implementation: Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and address website issues that may affect search engine rankings. This includes analysing website structure, URL redirects, broken links, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt files. Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations.

Content Strategy and Optimisation: Collaborate with the content team to develop an effective content strategy that aligns with SEO goals. Identify content gaps, conduct competitor analysis, and optimise content for target keywords and user intent. Provide guidance on keyword usage, content structure, and internal linking. Monitor and analyse content performance using tools like Google Analytics.

SEO Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms. Generate regular reports to track key metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and backlink profile. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving SEO performance to clients.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Continuously learn and explore new techniques, tools, and strategies to enhance SEO efforts and deliver optimal results for clients.

Client Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with clients to understand their SEO requirements, goals, and expectations. Provide regular updates on SEO progress, share insights, and address any questions or concerns.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
