As a key member of our Partnerships team, the Schools & Colleges Account Specialist will drive continuous engagement with our premium products within the secondary & FE sector, domestically and on a global scale.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop relationships with our premium Schools & College partners and optimise our renewals process
- Onboard and train all premium partners and assist with any queries
- Maintain our CRM and manage renewals & upsell/cross-sell process
- Maximise engagement with our premium content, through educators and directly with students
- Provide our product & content teams with regular feedback report from our partners & users and assist with product requests & enhancements
- Work closely with our Acquisition & Engagement team, providing insights into power-users and leveraging our full platform and suite of experiences to benefit our premium partners

Personal Specification

**Essential**

**Experience**
- Experience working in a user-facing role (Customer Success, Client Services, Education or Account Management

**Knowledge**
- Strong knowledge of CRM or project management tools (e.g. Hubspot or Click-up)
- A good understanding of the UK education system and early careers initiatives

**Skills**
- Self-starter, results-orientated, with the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy
- Excellent attention to detail and effective time-management
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships, internally & externally
- Must be a strong communicator and be able to adapt messaging for specific audiences
- Strong problem-solving capability both independently and in a collaborative environment
- Strong analytical skills

**Experience**
- Experience working as part of a B2B or B2B2C sales team
