**Data Architect** (**Azure**, **Big Data**, DataBricks, Data Lakes)
Define, maintain and deliver a Data Strategy & Architecture
Hands-on and experienced **Data Architect** is required by a world-renowned technology team at an award-winning MS Gold Partner. The technology division are **huge advocates of Agile methodologies** like SCRUM, Kanban, XP, Lean etc. They are also driven by technology and motivated by self-improvement and innovation in general.
The **Data Architect** will be able to take an**Ariel/birds eye view of the larger data strategy** and be able to provide a defined **roadmap**, business benefits and key milestones to the business. This also includes looking at and into **data security, data governance** and building and innovative proof of concepts. This role will cover off being involved in Full SDLC from design through to deployment of projects.
It is essential you have strong experience with **BI Solutions, Big Data in general, Data Lakes, Databricks, Azure/Cloud**, designing and building solutions using Microsoft technologies and RDBMS, (OLTP, Data Warehousing, Analysis and Reporting)
Being highly technical you will be comfortable with being able to reverse engineer large complex Database and ETL processes, as well as being able to design and build large data warehouse solutions.
Even though not deemed essential it is nice to have experience PowerBI, Workflow solutions and Serverless Architecture.
