Here at Frosburys Equine Supplies we are looking for a friendly, Enthusiastic shop/office assistant to join our team, to serve and assist our large customer base, both instore and over the phone.

We are a family run business that has been trading and supplying your local horse feed and bedding, wholesale and retail, for over 30 years.

we are looking for an energetic, pro-active, friendly, Enthusiastic applicant to work within a friendly family company, to work alongside a great bunch of staff.

We are able to offer all feed and product training regularly from our great company reps throughout the year.

We thrive on ensuring all customers receive the service they have come to expect.

Equine Knowledge is a must

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serving Customers in store & Over the phone.
- Keeping shelves stocked
- Helping customers with any queries
- Ensuring shop is kept tidy inside and out.
- Confidently able to answer phones.
- Process delivery orders.

**Key Requirements**:

- Equine Knowledge
- Sales Experience
- Good Customer Service
- Punctuality
- Able to work as part of a team however can also take sole charge when needed.

**Salary**: Competitive Rate of Pay
