**Job Description and Purpose**:
To maintain effective service delivery standards supporting the team to deliver their role to the best of their ability / following policies, procedures.

To actively promote services / products available to potential customers.

To maintain successful relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders ensuring the service is meeting their needs and report feedback about the service to the line manager.

To provide information, advice and guidance to customers and colleagues and produce associated reports as requested.

**General administration / role duties including**:
Filing / archiving.

Communicating messages to colleagues.

Attending networking meetings to expand personal and professional networks.

Greeting visitors at reception, ensuring they sign in and out, using the signing-in book.

Working as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets.

Providing excellent customer service.

Inputting data and formulating excel spreadsheets.

Fully participating in team activities and the regular team meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £9,254.44 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cramlington, NE23 8AF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (required)
