Brief description of role
Initial tasks:

- Manage the Office Inbox
- Vehicles - Send V5’s to Daimler
- Booking of services, MOT, repairs
- Look at mileages and highlighting differences to Manager
- Fuel cards - Admin and checks - Parking fines
- Congestion and Dartford crossing charges
- Supply and logging of employee PPE
- Supply and logging of employee uniform
- Insurance - Check driving licences annually
- Stationery list for ordering
- Weekly fire alarm checks
- Reception duties
- Incoming post

Requirements of the job holder (education, knowledge, expectation, attributes, skills, abilities, personal characteristics)
Besides experienced technical knowledge, the key attributes required are:

- Customer orientation
- Communication skills
- Team work
- Organisational skills
- Presentation skills
- Good systems knowledge (all Microsoft Applications, Outlook, and Explorer)
- Flexibility
- Hard working

Tools used in the daily business
- Computer

- Phone System

What level of authorisation do you have?
- Access to relevant data, no signature authorisation

Additional tasks / special tasks
- To take ownership for your personal and professional development and the lead the discussion of what is needed
- To take on extra responsibility as and when identified/required

Overtime (is there any out of the office work required?)
- When required to be able to stay longer or start earlier
- In order to catch up and keep on track if required

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
