**Warehouse Operative - PM**:
We are looking for **Warehouse Operative** to join our **brand-new distribution** site based in **Aylesbury (HP22)**
- **40 hours per week**:

- **Permanent position**:

- **Monday to Friday** no weekend working
- Working **14:00 - 22:30**:

- **No bank holiday working** required

Our **distribution site is Brand New** and will be our **state-of-art flagship site for the UK operation**, excellent facilities on site from **free parking to Canteen & communal rest** **areas** alongside being part of our **fantastic new distribution team**.

As a **Warehouse Operative**, you will be support both **inward & outward stock deliveries**, **picking and packing** products from our **vast product line** to complete **customer’s orders and ensure accuracy** on each and every order is completed and **sent out right first time.**

You will need to come from a **warehouse/distribution** background, solid experience of **exceptional picking & packing rates** ,understanding of **handheld scanners** alongside a **drive &** **passion to be part of a new site set up.**

**Warehouse Operative :The Role;**
- Facilitate all stock movements for efficiently, follow company procedures, whilst using our IT systems
- Pick & pack goods to fulfil customer orders in an efficient, timely and safe manner
- Manage & maintain the stock integrity and ensure accurate completion of all cycle-counts
- Actively maintain & improve standards ensuring that stored goods are kept tidily and in the correct place
- Where relevant, use any mechanical handling equipment in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure that with all aspects of Health & Safety policies and procedures are complied with
- Contribute to the effective operation by supporting other staff in meeting targets
- Continually review operating systems, procedures, and practices, recommending any changes to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency and to reduce costs
- Using IT systems such as M3 or Microsoft Office where appropriate

- Experience within a **multi-product warehouse environment**:
