**Job Duties**:
- Organise and maintain personnel records.
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, i.e. employment contracts
- Advertise job vacancies and correspond with applicants
- Liaise with recruitment agencies
- Organise and schedule interviews, assisting with Job offers
- Reference chasing and assisting with compliance
- Assisting with general queries
- All related administration
**Requirements**:
- Previous recruitment or human resourcing experience
- Administration experience
- Strong IT Skills
- Communication Skills
- Attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £12.82 per hour
