**Senior Care Assistant - Competitive pay rate of £11.05 per hour**

**Shifts available from 7pm -7am plus other flexi shifts to suit**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant to join the team at Castle Dene**, **our specialist, frail elderly and dementia residential care home located on the outskirts of Bournemouth

**Key duties for Senior Care Assistants include**:

- Identifying the needs and abilities of our residents and delivering person centred care at all times
- Providing personal care and encouragement to all our residents
- Supporting residents to remain as independent as possible
- Working in a team to create a co-operative, friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the home

**About you**:

- Social and outgoing with excellent communication skills
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Flexible in the hours you can work and able to work every other weekend
- Able to work well within a team environment
- Holder of a DBS on the update service or prepared to undertake one
