We currently have the following vacancy for Machine Operators in our Gluing/Finishing Department where we use the latest Bobst and Baumer HHS equipment to achieve the high quality finish our customers expect.

**In exchange for your commitment with us you will receive**:

- Salary £30 000 - £37 000 based on skill level and experience
- 4 day working week (40 hours per week on double rotation)

**Gluing Operator requirements**:

- Experience of the packaging sector is essential, and knowledge of Bobst gluers is desirable.
- Previous experience in similar role with the ability to make ready all styles including straight-line, crash lock and integral fitments
- Attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve, trouble shoot and innovate
- Capable of working to strict deadlines in a fast paced and adaptable environment
- Good communication skills
- Work with high quality materials, cartons and finishes
- Ensuring the companies quality standards are maintained
- Leading a small team, reporting to Gluing Manager
- Enthusiasm and determination to excel
